About Sarah Ryan
I am a 24 year old fitness fanatic. I am a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science from The University of Oklahoma. I am also the coach of Team Iconic on the Ladder app, an interactive fitness platform that allows you to train like me and with me from the comfort and convenience of your own environment. I chose my major with a desire to impact others and a love for learning about the human body. The more I grew and learned about myself, the clearer I was able to recognize that my true calling was in fitness. My passion is using fitness to empower people in building stronger, healthier versions of themselves by teaching them how to embrace their strength and lead healthier lifestyles.
I GREW UP
being very active and always playing sports. In high school I cheered and played basketball. Even growing up with such an active lifestyle though, I struggled a lot with my body image. I had horrible body dysmorphia and felt anything but confident. All I wanted was to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin. My journey started when I fell in love with the gym and with weight lifting. I got a taste for how exhilarating it felt to push my limits and take control over bettering myself; it quickly became an addiction. This obsession started manifesting into passion and has only grown.
IN MY JOURNEY
I have learned the power of sustainable and realistic plans to achieve goals, which is exactly what I have implemented into my own life to yield such success for me. I discovered the indescribable and empowering feeling of growing into a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of myself. Far from just physical growth, I have experienced how much better I feel on a holistic level; mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My journey of taking control over my health, my mind and my body has been liberating and exhilarating.
I have turned my passion into my purpose. While in school, I started developing my online coaching business and taking online clients while working as a part-time personal trainer at a local commercial gym. After obtaining a 4.0 GPA in Health and Exercise Sciences from OU, I immediately moved to Dallas where I secured a training position at a top performance facility in the city, SandersFit Performance Center. Training in this environment has afforded me incredible opportunities to be surrounded by and learn from the best of the best.
From working hands-on with professional athletes to endless training hours with general population clients looking to lead healthier lives, it has become my PURPOSE to build a better, stronger, YOU. I hope to continuously use fitness to empower those around me to build the best version of themselves so that they can wake up everyday feeling confident and radiant. What a beautiful world that would be.

If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click “VIEW” to view details and download the course.
