This is a 3-day a week condensed conjugate program developed to enhance strength, power, endurance, and mobility. Each week you will be working towards peaking your performance for in season or for a competition. There will be variations of special exercises that will increase your performance and aid in your ability to dominate.
In this program, world-renowned coach Phil teaches you everything you need as a wrestler or grappler, including skills training, tutorials and more.
