I understand that you’ve come across numerous powerlifting training programs on social media. You may have even tried one or two and felt disappointed with the results. I can relate to that because that’s precisely how the Performance Program came to be.
For years, my followers had been urging me to create a training program for powerlifting. But honestly, I always thought a fixed program wasn’t the best approach, as it typically lacks adjustability. During that time, I was a successful powerlifting coach and athlete, guiding people through their journeys.
While the requests for a powerlifting program kept pouring in, I occasionally stumbled upon Instagram “powerlifting training programs.” Almost every time, I thought, “What rubbish, this can’t possibly work,” but I didn’t pay it much attention. There’s a lot of nonsense on the internet; it’s nothing special.
Then, one day, another request came in, and I thought, “Alright, take a closer look at what’s being offered and sold.” So, I invested a few hundred euros in several well-known powerlifting programs from Germany and the USA. What I saw shocked me! Suddenly, it became clear why I was receiving these requests, and why my followers weren’t seeing results.
While the powerlifting programs were nicely packaged, there was no discernible training system. Instead, what I received was a random sequence of sets and repetitions, ineffective exercises or random variations put together, and faulty explanations of exercise execution.
To address all these issues, I took it upon myself to develop a powerlifting training program. In my program, there are no wild fantasy exercises. Instead, I’ve combined the latest findings in sports science, the specific requirements of powerlifting training, and years of experience into an effective powerlifting program.
The result is the Performance Program!

If the status is Processing: Your course is being uploaded. Please be patient and wait for us to complete your order. If your order has multiple courses and one of them has not been updated with the download link, the status of the order is also Processing.
If the status is Completed: Your course is ready for immediate download. Click “VIEW” to view details and download the course.
Where can I find my course?
