Description of Cardio Abs Mobility
Some people ask me, “Greg, what can I do on the other days? If I’m training Monday, Wednesday, Friday, what if I like to go to the gym? What if want to do that kind of stuff? And I don’t want to interfere with recovery, I don’t want to mess up the program.”
I actually created a cardio, abs and mobility program. I created it because I wanted to push fat loss a bit higher. I wanted to get better conditioning and I wanted to really build my abs. The program is really effective.
My problem is that I did a lot of cardio in the past and actually that made leaning down harder because it just made me hungrier, it made me want to eat more. It made it harder for me to stick to the diet.
When I crafted this program I wanted to find a cardio training strategy that wouldn’t interfere with my strength development and wouldn’t increase my hunger. As well a program that integrated ab training so you can do abs on rest days completely fine. There’s really little to no neural fatigue. I wanted to create and ab program that sharpened my abs without causing back pain. A lot of ab workouts cause back pain, they’re horrible for posture so I created the cardio abs mobility program.
This is super solid stuff if you’re looking to amp up your results on your OFF days. It’s perfect if you want to work out a little bit more, you want to experience a little faster rate of fat loss, you want to develop awesome abs and that sort of thing.
How do I use it?
I kind of do both. I’ll go a month or 2 with just the 3 workouts a week and then I might like tighten things up and throw in some cardio ab mobility workouts when I want to like get a little bit faster results.
