My name is Gam Sassoon, and my goal is to get you in the best shape of your life.
I’m an ACE© Certified Health Coach and ACE© Certified Personal Trainer who studies Global Health and Psychology at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
I use top research in fitness and athletic training to develop your physique.
I am passion about fitness from a young age, as growing up, I was overweight and often bullied. After joining the wrestling team, I lost weight, and became captain.
I have made it my mission to help others transform their bodies.
