- Students will learn how viscosity, plasticity, elasticity and remodeling for fascial tissue should be programmed.
- Students will learn the 11 myofascial lines and their tracks, stations, and intersections. (Ref. Thomas Myers, Anatomy Trains)
- Students will learn about the 6 chain reactions in three planes of motion (Ref. Gray Institute)
- Students will learn which myofascial lines are influenced by the 6 chain reactions.
- Students will learn how to load the lines and chain reactions with movement.
