Dawna Stone is a health, fitness, and wellness expert. Her new book, “The Healthy You Diet: The 14-Day Plan for Weight Loss with 100 Delicious Recipes for Clean Eating” helps you ditch your unhealthy eating habits and build a foundation of wholesome eating that can lead to permanent weight loss and better health. An American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Health Coach, Dawna has contributed health and wellness articles to numerous newspapers and magazines.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley, and her master’s degree from UCLA. An avid runner and Ironman triathlete, she lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband, 7-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son.
